Interpreting platform for language service providers
Intalingo gives language service providers one platform to run on-demand and scheduled interpreting for their clients, manage their interpreters, overflow to partners and invoice, all under their own brand.

How Intalingo fits
The parts of the platform you'll use
Example workflow
One request, start to finish
Client calls in
A client's staff member dials your branded line and picks a language.
Your interpreter answers
Intalingo offers the call to your available interpreters who match the language pair and expertise.
Overflow if needed
If your team is busy, the call goes to your partner LSPs in ranked order.
Invoice and settle
Usage becomes an invoice draft for the client, and partner work appears on partner statements.
What problem does Intalingo solve for LSPs?
It replaces the separate phone systems, scheduling spreadsheets and invoicing tools many LSPs stitch together, with one system where a request, the interpreter who takes it and the invoice it produces are connected.
When on-demand calls, scheduled assignments, interpreter records and billing live in different tools, every handoff is manual. In Intalingo, the same request flows from routing to usage log to invoice draft.
Can we serve clients under our own brand?
Yes. Your organization can use its own domain or an Intalingo subdomain, with its own sign-in page, logo, color theme and branded emails.
How do we cover peaks and rare languages?
Your own interpreters are offered each request first; when they are busy, Intalingo sends it to partner organizations in the ranked order you set.
Bring the partner LSPs you already work with, or partner with organizations in the Intalingo partner directory.
You negotiate rates directly with each partner; Intalingo has no say in them. It records the agreed rates and produces partner statements, so overflow work is settled without spreadsheets.
How do we bill clients and settle with partners?
Usage turns into invoice drafts for clients automatically, and partner work appears on partner statements.
- Payment terms and minimum charges per call
- Credit notes and overdue reminders
- CSV exports for your accounting
What about interpreters who work for several LSPs?
Interpreters can work for several organizations on Intalingo with one login.
