The Intalingo platform
Intalingo combines on-demand phone and video interpreting, assignment scheduling, interpreter management, an overflow partner network and billing in one cloud platform.
What's in the platform
On-demand interpreting in 600+ languages, 24/7, and everything around it.
How it works
How do the parts connect?
A single request moves through routing, overflow and billing without changing systems.
Request
A caller dials your line and picks a language from the IVR menu, enters an access code, or joins a scheduled video, Zoom or Webex session.
Route
Intalingo offers the request to an interpreter who matches the language pair, any required or preferred expertise, and current availability.
Overflow
If your own interpreters are busy, the request goes to your partner organizations, existing partners or ones from the Intalingo directory, in the ranked order you set.
Bill
Every minute lands in a usage log, and usage turns into invoice drafts with your payment terms and per-call minimums.
Where it runs
The web app runs in the browser. Native Android and iOS apps for providers are coming soon.

Intalingo brings phone and video interpreting, scheduling, interpreter records, partner overflow and invoicing into one system, in place of separate phone systems, spreadsheets and invoicing tools.
Intalingo charges only for the technology you use: from $0.05 per interpreting minute, dropping to $0.03 as your volume grows, with no subscription, no per-user fees and no minimum. Contact sales for more information.
