This Privacy Policy explains how Intalingo LLC ("Intalingo", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information on our website, intalingo.com. Intalingo is a limited liability company based in Pennsylvania, United States.

This policy covers the website only. Use of the Intalingo platform at intalingo.app is governed by the agreement between Intalingo and the customer organization, including any Business Associate Agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, organization, role, organization type, estimated monthly interpreting minutes, topic and message, along with the page you sent it from. Please don't include patient or other sensitive personal information in these forms.

Information collected automatically.

• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. These tools don't use cookies and report aggregated data.
• Bot protection. We use Vercel BotID to check form submissions for automated abuse. It analyzes technical signals from your browser when you submit a form.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to operate and secure the website.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides analytics and bot protection
• Convex, which stores form submissions in our database
• Amazon Web Services, which delivers our email
• Hostinger, which hosts our email inbox

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@intalingo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Security

We protect information in transit with encryption, and only authorized staff can access form submissions, using email sign-in codes.

Children

Our website is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
