Billing

Billing for interpreting: usage, invoices and statements

Intalingo logs interpreting usage and turns it into invoice drafts, with payment terms, credit notes, overdue reminders, per-call minimum charges and CSV exports.

How it works

From usage to paid invoice

  1. Usage logged

Interpreting usage is recorded in usage logs.

  2. Drafts created

Intalingo creates invoice drafts from usage automatically.

  3. Review and issue

You review drafts and issue invoices.

  4. Adjust

Credit notes handle corrections after an invoice is issued.

  5. Follow up

Overdue reminders go out when an invoice passes its payment terms.

What does Intalingo record for billing?

Interpreting usage is recorded in usage logs, which are the source for invoices.

How are invoices created?

Intalingo creates invoice drafts from usage automatically; you review them and issue invoices.

How do payment terms and minimum charges work?

You set payment terms and a minimum charge per call, and both apply when invoices are drafted.

A per-call minimum sets the least a call is billed for, even when the call is shorter.

How are corrections and late payments handled?

Credit notes correct an issued invoice, and overdue reminders follow up on late payments.

How are overflow partners settled?

The rates you negotiate with each partner are recorded, and partner statements are produced alongside your customer billing.

Rates are agreed directly between you and each partner; Intalingo has no say in them.

Can we export billing data?

Yes. Billing data exports to CSV.
