Does Intalingo support HIPAA?

Intalingo supports HIPAA workflows and signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with organizations that need one.

There is no official HIPAA certification for software. Compliance also depends on how each organization configures and uses the platform; Intalingo provides the safeguards and signs the BAA.

How are call recordings protected?

Recordings are encrypted in private storage and can only be opened through short-lived signed links.

Recordings are never publicly accessible. Each playback link is generated on request and expires within minutes, so a copied link stops working.

How is our data kept separate from other organizations?

Intalingo isolates each organization's data from every other organization on the platform (tenant isolation).

Can we see who did what?

Yes. Intalingo keeps an audit log of activity.

Can we export or limit how long data is kept?

Yes. Intalingo includes data export and retention controls.

How is sign-in protected?

Signing in from a new device requires a one-time code sent by email.

Where is Intalingo hosted?

Intalingo is hosted in the United States on AWS.

How do I report a security concern?

Email support@intalingo.com.
